Spring: a fairyland ablaze with every imaginable colour in the magnificent town gardens. Azaleas, rhododendrons, camelias, dogwoods.
Summer: A refreshingly cool paradise of mountain breezes, streams, ferny glades, rainforests, smell the evaporating peppermint oil in the pure air. Many waterfalls - Steavenson Falls, the highest in Victoria, floodlit at night. A perfect escape from the city heat.
